
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced outdoor education leader. We welcome applications from both teaching and non-teaching professionals with strong Outdoor Education experience.
The successful candidate must have excellent organisational and communication skills. They will possess flexibility to handle multiple tasks and the ability to prioritize their work, with professional attention to detail.
- This is a fulltime, ongoing position with 4 weeks Annual Leave and attractive time in lieu benefits
- Commencing 22 January 2026 for a dedicated two day new staff Induction Program
- Attractive Salary $99,992 - $106,862 (Based on level of experience). Please note if the successful candidate is a Teacher, the salary may vary in accordance with relevant teaching award conditions
- This position is a multi-campus role with travel required
- Required to attend 60 program days (including overnight stays) with an international focus
- This position requires a current employee WWCC or VIT Registration and Police Check (Valid within 3 months)
- A current Wilderness First Aid Certificate is required (or willingness to obtain)
- A manual Drivers Licence and Bus Licence is required (or willingness to obtain)
