Urgent appeal - Optimum Experiences is seeking staff for one of the following 2 experiences.
We are a small Outdoor Operator with a supportive, caring culture that offers truly unique experiences to our clientelle and staffing.
We pay well above the Award, our support on programs is second to none and given the short notice, we are willing to support travel costs on top of the pay rate guide provided below.
Monday 24 - Thursday 27 November
- Group Leader
- Based at Coolendel (near Nowra, NSW).
- Base camping with activity rotations
- Basic group management in camp setting, including Trangia cooking and overnight responsibilities. Very well supported role. All meals provided. Stunning environemt on Shoalhaven R.
- Minimum Cert III quallifications.
Pay :
- Day rate - $480 - $550
- Overnight Rate - $560 - 660
Monday 24 - Friday 28 November
- Flat Water Paddling Instructor
- Based at Berowa Waters, Northern Sydney.
- Program in school hours only.
- Monday: Travel and set up day / briefing.
- Tuesday - Friday: 7am - 3 pm Sit on top Kayaking faciliatation.
- All logistics and structures are in place - just need a qualified instructor to support our exsisting team. Accomodation in Sydney Hills and all meals provided.
- Appropriate water based Qualification required.
