We are looking for people to join our EPIC PROGRAMMING TEAM as “Coaches” in 2026!!
The role of a "Coach" is to guide guests through our extraordinary outdoor activities, workshops, and games whilst creating unique and life-changing experiences.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
The position is casual, based in Trafalgar East, and all training is delivered on-site.
Level 2 First Aid and Working with Children’s check (first aid training or renewal options can be discussed once successful).
*Shortlisted applicants will need to attend a 3-day experience from the 7th to the 9th of January 2025 to be successful in joining our team. Once you have accepted a position in our team you are required to attend a 5-day, paid training program the following week (13th - 17th of January).
