Peninsula Outdoors delivers unforgettable adventure on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula and beyond. Our accredited 170-bed camp and mobile programs combine aquatic activities, high-ropes challenges, and nature-based journeys to inspire confidence, teamwork, and a love of the outdoors. Alongside our sister company, Salty Surf School, we create dynamic school camps, surf education, and expedition programs that connect people to nature and each other.
Role Purpose
We’re looking for an energetic Program Coordinator to join our adventure team at Peninsula Outdoors. This hands-on role is split between facilitating outdoor programs (70%) and coordinating daily operations (30%).
You’ll lead activities such as snorkelling, canoeing, high ropes, and overnight hikes, ensuring safe, engaging experiences for students. At the same time, you’ll oversee logistics, rosters, equipment, and staff support to keep programs running smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Adventure, you’ll be central to delivering high-quality, memorable camp experiences.

Employment Details
- Position: Full-time, 12 month contract (with the intention to transition to a permanent role).
- Reports to: Director of Adventure
- Location: Mornington Peninsula-based, with travel to multiple sites and remote program locations
- Salary: $60,000-$65,000 + Super + TIL
