As the Outdoor Education Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of unforgettable camp experiences, ensuring they are safe, engaging, and tailored to achieve each school’s learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of program delivery from planning to post-camp review.
• Supervise and support a team of Senior Instructors and Outdoor Educators.
• Design programs in consultation with schools to meet specific objectives.
• Manage rosters, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee budgets and ensure programs are cost-effective.
• Maintain safety standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading outdoor education programs and teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of risk management and safety compliance in outdoor settings.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Cert IV or higher in Outdoor Recreation/Education (or equivalent).
• Current First Aid and CPR (Remote Area First Aid desirable).
• Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
• Manual driver’s licence.
