Location: BDA HQ in Wollongong - Programs in NSW and Sydney surrounds
Contract: Full-Time Fixed Term – September to November 2025
Pay: $410–$450/day field-based, $250/day for HQ days (based on experience)

What’s on Offer:
● 30+ guaranteed days of work across multiple back-to-back programs from Mid September to November
● More work available through November and December for the right candidates
● Field-based delivery of Duke of Ed and expedition-style school camps
● HQ-based logistics, gear prep, and operations support (HQ is right near the beach!)
● Daily rate of $410–$450 (field), $250/day (HQ)

What We’re Looking For:
● Cert IV or strong Cert III in Outdoor Leadership
● Solid field experience and program delivery confidence
● Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
● Comfortable working in the field, the warehouse, and the office
