Higher Ground is seeking a capable and organised Logistics & Equipment Manager to oversee all programming and adventure equipment for our domestic and international outdoor education programs — including our flagship four- and six-week residential experiences.
This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in systems, gear maintenance, and operational excellence. You’ll manage logistics across programs, maintain vehicles and trailers, and ensure gear such as bikes, boats, ropes, and first aid kits are safe, functional, and ready for the field.
We’re after someone who:
- Thrives in a high-trust, practical environment
- Can manage gear sheds, servicing schedules, and packing systems
- Has strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Holds a driver’s licence (MR licence an advantage)
