About the Role:
This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 job! As a facilitator, you’ll enjoy a dynamic and varied role, hosting events across different locations, times, and formats.
Expect a mix of office (or remote) work for two days a week and hands-on event facilitation for the other three. You may be facilitating an Amazing Race in Terrigal on Monday, a Trivia Night in the Blue Mountains on Thursday evening and Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting on Friday in Sydney. No two weeks are the same!
You'll need to be flexible, adaptable, and ready for an adventure, working a 38.5-hour week with a schedule that changes based on event needs.
About You:
- Confident communicator who can engage and entertain groups of 1 – 100 people
- Strong organisational skills – from budgeting to staffing, client liaison, and MCing
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Background in Sport & Recreation or Event Management (desirable)
- University degree in Health & Education, Communications, or Business (desirable)
What’s on Offer:
- $65K - $80K per year PLUS 11.5% superannuation
- Company car + all fuel paid
