To provide our guests with consistent high quality ecotourism experiences through small group trekking tours on the spectacular Larapinta Trail in Central Australia.
About the role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join the team!
We have an active and enjoyable role available for an Operations and Service Support based in Alice Springs, Northern Territory. This is a hands-on role where your exceptional eye for detail and organisational skills are key. You will be assisting with the pre trip preparations to ensure our treks and guides begin with everything they need to provide an exceptional experience for our guests on the Larapinta Trail! This is a varied role with a range of tasks including pre season camp set up, food ordering, trailer packing, vehicle checks & washing and logistics drives to name a few. It’s a lot of fun and you will be part of a professional, friendly and passionate team.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Sound Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Word predominantly)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude
- Preference given to people with ability to step in when needed for bushwalking guiding
Required Qualifications:
- Light Rigid Driver’s license with H endorsement or ability to obtain
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain
- Current CPR Certificate or ability to obtain
- Food Safety Certificate Level 1 or ability to obtain
Hours of work:
This is a full time position on a 6 month contract. You can expect flexible work hours, averaging 40 hours per week, weekend work will be required.
The role commences mid March 2025.
Remuneration:
$70-80,000 per annum, pro rata for a 6 month contract, depending on prior experience and current qualifications.
