Bayview Adventure Camp is looking for TWO enthusiastic Outdoor Activity Staff members to join our team on Fixed-Term Contracts for Term 1 & 2, 2025 (January - June). With an awesome 8-day fortnight schedule, you’ll get the perfect balance of work and play!
Located on the Bass Coast Shire near Phillip Island, we provide group accommodation, catering, and outdoor programs for schools and other groups. If you’re passionate about the outdoors, love working with people, and are ready to make a real impact, we want YOU!
In this role, you’ll lead activities like High Ropes, Giant Swing, Canoeing, Junior Farm, and Mountain Biking, as well as team-building challenges.
We're seeking energetic, fun-loving team players who can create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Applicants must have or be willing to get a Working with Children Check and a criminal history check.
Onsite accommodation can be provided.
