We are seeking enthusiastic Outdoor Education Group Leaders to join our Beacon Explorers team.
- Multiple positions available across a range of FTE’s (0.30 FTE – 0.90 FTE)
- Commencing January 2025
- 12-month contracts available
- Spend approx. 30-100 days in the field each year
- Annual full time salary range of $70,817 – $79,834 (pro rata)
- Camp lengths range from 3 – 14 days
As a Group Leader, your role will be to lead and mentor Beaconhills staff and students on Beacon Explorer programs. You will lead programs and assist teaching staff to deliver learning outcomes through a range of different environments, countries and adventure activities ranging from 3 to 14 days in length.
You will be required to spend long hours outdoors and you should be familiar with outdoor safety and natural conditions. Qualifications in Bushwalking, abseiling and mountain bike riding would be an advantage.
