We’re on the lookout for a skilled individual to fill our newly created Holiday Camp Director role. This position is tailor-made for an adventurous spirit with a passion for child development, educational innovation, and dynamic leadership. Leading our vibrant holiday camp will offer you the opportunity to prioritise growth, learning, and fun in an environment where the great outdoors becomes your playground. Your leadership will be instrumental as you take charge of a dedicated team, oversee engaging activities, and ensure every camp session is a memorable success.
We are seeking someone with a degree in education, outdoor education, event planning, or a related field, and who has demonstrated experience in camp management or a similar role. A valid senior first aid certificate, working with children check, police check, and driver’s license are also essential.
The position is a fixed-term role for a period of 4 months, with commencement in October. It will require flexible hours, especially in the lead-up to and throughout the 2025 summer holiday period. Full time residency will be required for the duration of training and camp.
