Course Coordinator - WA

  • $53,916 EFT per year + allowances

Based in the beautiful Margaret River Region, Bush Camp Margaret River is looking for a Course Coordinator to join the team.

Working with the Client Program Managers, you will be engaged from the pre-program handover through to coordinating the delivery of the operational and logistical aspects of program on the ground. You will work and communicate with a range of key stakeholders to ensure program delivery meets OEG and client expectations.

At Bush Camp Margaret River, we have a small but mighty team of Outdoor Educators who you will lead and mentor on their journey with OEG. You will support and enable their professional development to further contribute on their growth, as well as your own.

This role holds challenge engagement, excitement, and growth.

 Key Criteria
  • A passion for outdoor education and the benefit it brings to young Australians
  • Experience delivering outdoor education or experiential education.
  • Experience leading a team of people.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and creative, able to problem solve and think constructively with a solution focussed mindset
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and efficiently 
  • Proven skills building strong and collaborative working relationships
  • Current Working with Children Check
What you need to know:
  • Based in Karridale, WA
  • Full Time role
  • Base salary $53,916 EFT + Super and Allowances (aligned to Enterprise Agreement)
  • In field Allowance of 42.8% of daily rate
  • Overtime paid & TOIL accrued
  • 7 weeks annual leave
  • Training calendar providing opportunity to develop technical skill sets
